Barnepark day nurseries are staffed by a highly specialized team of childcare professionals, carefully selected for their high level of professional qualifications, their experience in the sector and, above all, their commitment to the children's well-being. The educational group is constantly supported by auxiliary staff, backed up by the presence of advisors.The educational team is also subject to ongoing training of a general nature and for specific projects. The pedagogical coordinators guide the educators in developing a specific program and implementing the "Barnepark" educational project. Management staff are constantly supervising and monitoring the quality of service and the organization of practical operations at each crèche.
